Original sake brewing is divided into three stages, but this six stages sake is brewed more carefully with additional stages. By brewing in six stages, fermentation becomes gentle, richness is added to sake, and the aroma components are firmly condensed. A delightful dry sake with refreshing aroma. Gentle sweetness, a mellow and gentle richness reminiscent of the soft sunlight through the trees in spring. Great with meat stews, meat dishes, butter base dishes, gratin.
